Evolve & Elevate Consulting was founded in 2023 by Dan Futral, a seasoned HR executive and Six Sigma expert with over 15 years of experience in workforce development, HR compliance, and business process improvement. Based in Idaho, Dan launched the firm in response to a growing demand for strategic HR consulting services that help businesses stay competitive in a rapidly changing labor market.
